🇮🇹 Mango (CN), Piedmont · Italy

Cascina Pian d'Or

Like fresh grapes in a glass.

A family estate in the hills of Mango, in the heart of Moscato d'Asti country. Hand-harvested fruit from sandstone and limestone slopes at 450–500m, pressed soft and fermented cold to keep the grape itself in the glass. Winemaker Valter Barbero.
